How to Disable and/or Remove the Prompt Integration

Disabling the Integration

Log into ptworkshops.com
Navigate to Settings > Location Settings
Click the Integrations tab
Locate the PromptEmr integration
Move the toggle to the off position - This will prevent any future imports until toggled back on

Removing the Integration

Log into ptworkshops.com
Navigate to Settings > Location Settings
Click the Integrations tab
Locate the PromptEmr integration
Click the Delete (trash can) icon

This will permanently disable the Breakthrough side of the integration. To disconnect the Prompt side, contact the Prompt support team.

The integration must be removed from the Breakthrough environment before it can be removed from the Prompt environment.
