We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

ROLLBACK: The ability to search for a contact across multiple practices using the home screen Contact Search bar has been restored. As part of this work, the following improvements were also made:

Clicking the Contact Search bar now launches a pop-up modal for this purpose
Clicking a contact will open Contact Details in a new tab
Contacts can be searched on the following:
- First Name, Last Name, or both
- Email Address
- Phone Number

REFINEMENT: Work was completed to improve the speed and efficiency of contact import workflow via CSV file.

BUG FIX: An issue that caused disabled funnels to populate in the Funnel dropdown on the Add Event modal (Growth > New) and display an error message when scheduled has been resolved.
BUG FIX: An issue that caused copy/pasted phone numbers containing parentheses ( ) to display incorrectly in the Add Contact modal has been resolved.

RETIREMENT: An automated email from PTWorkshops to practice owners with the subject line, "Missing out on XX patients," and summarized task completion activity has been sunset.

ENHANCEMENT: Automated phasing is now live for all Beta clients.
- Phasing can be assigned through two different workflows:
  - New Integrations: When the user first walks through the Breakthrough setup wizard, the Location mapping modal will also include the option to map certain Prompt visit types (e.g. Discovery) to Breakthrough phase types (e.g. Free Screen)
  - Existing Integrations: Users can change phase mappings by going to Location Settings > Integrations > Settings (gear icon) > PromptEmr modal.

The only phases currently supported are the following:
- FreeScreen-Scheduled
- FreeScreen-Canceled
- FreeScreen-NoShow
- InitialEvaluation-Scheduled
- InitialEvaluation-Canceled
- InitialEvaluation-NoShow
For synced contacts, phases should update in the Breakthrough environment within 5 minutes of being updated in Prompt.
There is known bug where appointment times received from Prompt are off by 4-6 hours. We have an open ticket for this issue.
- Clients may want to disable Free Screen and IE Nurture campaigns until this issue is resolved.

BUG FIX: An issue that caused the Facility dropdown on the PromptEmr modal (Location Settings > Integrations > gear icon) to appear blank has been resolved.
