We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

BUG FIXES:

• Auto-Reactivation campaigns now respect the full 90-day cooldown between sends. Previously, contacts could be re-entered into an auto-reactivation campaign roughly every 7 days, meaning patients were receiving reactivation texts more often than intended. A contact will not receive another auto-reactivation campaign until 90 days have passed since their last one.

• The AI toggle now turns off automatically when you send a manual text from anywhere in the app, not just from Text Chat. Previously, texting a contact from Follow-Up Tasks left the AI toggle on, so the AI could keep replying after a team member had stepped into the conversation.

WEBSITE BUG FIXES & ENHANCEMENT:

• Taking a website down no longer wipes every page except the home page. All pages are now preserved when a site is taken down. 

• AI-generated pages no longer crash the page builder. Some generated pages were missing an internal section ID, which caused the builder to fail when opening the page. Those pages now open and edit normally.

• Website scraping jobs now report their status in the UI, so you can see whether a scrape is running, finished, or failed instead of waiting without feedback.
