We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

BUG FIXES:

• Unsubscribe replies in SMS are now consistent. Previously, when a contact texted an accepted unsubscribe keyword to a Breakthrough tracking number, a confirmation message was sometimes sent and sometimes not. Every accepted unsubscribe keyword now returns the same confirmation. 
• Websites: Deleting a card inside a grid in the website builder no longer breaks the page.
• Websites: Pressing Ctrl+Z while editing text in the website builder now undoes only the edits in the HTML code box, instead of reverting unrelated component changes on the page.

ENHANCEMENTS:

• Inbound text messages that need a response from the client are now easier to identify in chat, so conversations that require action don't sit unanswered.

  • A new Unread filters allows users to easily find Unread messages

  • A new icon allows SMS conversations to be flagged Unread with a single click

  • A 2-minute delay on the Unread filter ensures messages being answered by AI Conversion Agent do not filter into Unread.

  • A new icon allows users to create a manual follow-up task directly from the Text Inbox

• Websites: A new HTML block was created to allow users to paste HTML/JavaScript objects directly into the template. 

• Websites: Location-specific pages are now generated from a shared template, giving consistent structure across locations and making site-wide updates faster.

• Breakthrough embed forms placed on third-party sites now expose a trackable element on the "Register" / "Schedule Now" call to action, so total form submissions can be measured — not just the registrants that come through attributed.
