Insights Reporting for Pro Users

Your Insights tab holds a wealth of information about your email campaigns, workshops, and follow-ups. One of the perks of using the platform is the ability to report on this information so you can make data-driven decisions. Frequently reviewing your metrics and "listening" to the data will help you become more in-tune with your clinic and what works for you!


Follow-Up Metrics:

  • Provide an overview of your follow-ups within the Breakthrough system. You can filter or sort this data by event and event period. 
  • From here, you can see data on:
    • Confirmation Rate: The overall confirmation rate for the given timeframe/event. 
    • Total Leads: Total leads received for the given timeframe/event.
    • Unconfirmed Leads: Leads that were unconfirmed for the given timeframe/event.
    • Touchpoints Required to Confirm Leads: How many times a lead needed to be contacted before confirming

Workshop Success:

  • Used to evaluate your workshop performance. Note: Data provided here is updated once daily. Changes made to contacts on the day of a workshop may not reflect here until the following day. 
  • Data can be filtered by date, event, or funnel type. 
  • From here, you can see data on: 
    • The average count of POC per lead (ex: 1 in 5 leads converted)
    • The percent of POC conversions from the event 
    • How many leads were quick confirmed, power confirmed, and how many attended 
    • Total registrants
    • The percentage & count of how many registrants scheduled an FS or IE
    • The percentage & count of how many registrants converted to a POC

Email Performance:

  • Used to evaluate email campaign success, delivery rates, and performance. Data can be filtered by date.
  • From here, you can see data on:
    • Emails Sent: Total emails sent to contacts in the given dates.
    • Open Rate: Percentage of emails that were opened by the contact
    • Clicked: How many emails resulted in link clicks
    • Replied: How many email replies were received
    • Unsub Rate: Percentage of emails sent that resulted in unsubscribing
