Workshop Success Reporting

Used to assess and diagnose your clinic's workshop performance. 

Note: This dashboard updates each morning so if you make changes during the day to workshop registrants, it will not be updated in the report until the following morning.

Definitions:

1. Registrants: Number of leads registered to the event

2. Quick Confirmed: Registration confirmation (usually made on the day of the registration)

3. Power Confirmed: Event reminder confirmation (usually made within days of the event)

4. Workshop Attended: Number of registered leads that attended a workshop

5. Percentage and Count of1st Appointment Scheduled: Number of Free screens scheduled or Initial Evaluation scheduled leads

6. Percentage and Count of Plan of Care (POC) Scheduled: Plan of Care scheduled or graduated patients

7. Average leads converted to Plan of Care: Number of leads needed to get a POC
