ENHANCEMENTS:

AI Conversion Agent data was added to both the Insights > Workshop Success and Insights > Text Performance reports.

AI CONVERSION AGENT (AICA) REFINEMENT:

To create a more natural conversation flow, work was completed to improve how the AI Conversion Agent responds to emojis. ✨

To create a more natural conversation flow, work was completed to improve the frequency with which the AICA Conversion Agent uses contact names.

BUG FIX:

An issue that caused a 500 server error in the CSV import workflow has been partially resolved.
An issue that caused the Edit Event button not to function for certain locations has been resolved.
