- NEW FEATURE: SMS Performance Report
- We have added a new tab to the Insights page called SMS Performance. This report is similar to the Email Performance report but contains data related to the client's SMS text campaigns.
- Retroactive data is available for past SMS campaigns.
- ENHANCEMENT: As part of our Q3 effort to make CSV contact uploads easier:
- We verified that we are accepting most common formatting for phone numbers and birth dates. This includes parentheses, periods, and dashes in phone numbers, slashes and dashes in birth dates, and American, European, and ISO versions of date formatting.
- We now automatically correct contact names submitted in ALL CAPS. This prevents all cap names from pulling into placeholder text in emails and text messages.
RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS OF REACTIVATION CAMPAIGN CUSTOMIZATION
- BUG FIX: An issue with Part 2 emails duplicating in the campaign list has been resolved.
- NOTE: This fix will not retroactively apply to campaigns that have already been scheduled.
- BUG FIX: An issue with non-Reactivation Campaigns appearing in the dropdown menu has been resolved.
- BUG FIX: An issue with the prepended [Practice.Name] text in SMS Campaigns has been resolved.
- WORKFLOW CHANGE: Users are now returned to the Schedule Campaign page after completing the Save or Save As workflows on the editing page.
- WORKFLOW CHANGE: Triggered campaigns are no longer listed in the main Reactivation Campaigns list, but instead are nested beneath their parent campaign. A label was added to indicate the trigger for the child campaign.
BETA RELEASE: NURTURE CAMPAIGN CUSTOMIZATION
- NEW FEATURE: The new Nurture Phase Campaigns page enables clients to edit the automated campaigns associated with the Free Screen, Initial Evaluation, Patient, and Graduated phases.
- The editing functionality on this page works identically to editing Reactivation Campaigns.
- Users can enable and disable campaigns as desired.
- Users can preview all messages within a campaign.
- Users can view all contacts who have received the campaign.
- Users can view message logs from all sent campaigns.
- Users can revert to the Breakthrough default campaign for that phase at any time.
