Location Settings

Locations Settings can be found in the Settings gear in the top-right of Breakthrough:

Email of the primary contact for this location

  • Typically, the practice owner's email.
  • This is not shared with your contacts and is primarily for internal use only.

Call to Action

  • The offer type provided to contacts in automated emails
  • Choose either Free Screen or Appointment
We recommend Free screens because they are proven to convert, but you can choose Appointment if you do not offer free screens.

Timezone

  • This determines when your emails are sent, your reporting and follow-ups reset, and more.
  • All time-based automations are triggered on your local time.

Your Big Hairy Audacious Goal

  • A great BHAG will cause your team to stretch beyond the obvious and beyond the status quo.
  • Not sure what this should be? Contact your CSM for guidance!

Your Practice Address

  • This is the address that will show on your landing pages and in your email signatures.
  • If you need to add a suite number please include it in line 1.

Desired Area Code for Tracking Number

  • Pick an area code that is common in your area.
  • The area code you put here is the area code we will use when creating your tracking number; it does not need to match your actual area code.
  • Not all area codes are available for use. Breakthrough will always try to utilize your chosen area code but, due to saturation, may not be able to provision tracking numbers in high-population areas.

Main Phone

  • We route calls to your tracking number to the number entered here.
  • This does not show on emails or landing pages and will be replaced with the Breakthrough tracking number created for you.
  • More about call tracking

FROM NAME For Your Emails

  • This is what will show in recipients' inboxes when we send emails on your behalf.
  • This field is also what pulls into your email signature so it should be a person's name (like the owner or workshop presenter's name).
  • Do not put the practice name in this field, as it will cause it to duplicate in your emails.

FROM Email Address For Your Location

  • This is like a tracking number for your email address. All outgoing emails from your account will appear to come from this address, effectively allowing you to mask your practice email address for marketing efforts.

  • When a contact replies to one of your emails, it will appear in your inbox as if it is coming from this email address. This is due to the way email replies are routed through our server and will be resolved in a future release.
    • You can still respond to these emails as you would normally; the correct email address will be in the "To:" line when you begin a reply
    • You should not change this email address without consulting with your CSM first, as it will cause your contacts to get a message failure error when trying to reply to one of your emails

Send Replies To Address

  • This is the email where you'll receive replies to your campaigns, so make sure you can access it regularly.
  • This is most commonly the email address of your lead converter or front desk.
  • Some practices will choose to set up a separate email account just for these emails so they don't get missed.

Front Desk Email for Receiving BOOM

  • This is the email address that will receive all BOOM emails from Breakthrough. It should be monitored regularly by your lead converter or front desk admin.
  • Be sure to whitelist this email address after updating it.
Tip: If you want to include more than one email here, separate them by a comma (e.g., janedoe@gmail.com,johndoe@gmail.com).

Owner Email for Receiving BOOM

  • This email receives workshop registrant and phone call BOOMs only.
