What are BOOM emails?
BOOM emails are how Breakthrough notifies you of new leads. These email notifications include the type of lead, their name, email address, and phone number.
BOOM Types
You'll receive different BOOM alerts for different types of leads.
Workshop Registrant
BOOM
A lead just signed up for a workshop, event, or open house.
Recipients: Front Desk, Owner
Laser Open House Registrant
BOOM
A lead just signed up for a workshop, event, or open house.
Recipients: Front Desk, Owner
Survey Response
#SURVEY-BOOM
A contact responded to the survey in a Single Question Email or Single Question Survey.
Recipients: Front Desk
Appointment Request
#SCHEDULE-BOOM
Someone requested an appointment through your scheduler page.
These BOOM emails also include the link they used to sign up and the preferred practice location.
Recipients: Front Desk
Phone Call
#PHONE-BOOM
Someone just called your tracking number, which routes directly to the number listed in your Location settings. All incoming calls to your tracking number are recorded and stored in the Call Log. Remember: the phone call is the lead!

Report Download
#REPORT-BOOM
A contact downloaded a free report. Report BOOMs are not active on every funnel. Check with your Customer Success Manager if you're unsure.
Recipients: Front Desk
Responding to BOOMs
Ideally, all leads will be called, confirmed, and updated within 5–10 minutes.
New Registrant: Call the contact and confirm their interest in the upcoming workshop.
Appointment Request: These leads should be called back and scheduled for a free appointment or initial evaluation
Report Download: Call to offer an appointment or upcoming workshop. Tip: Ask them, "What's your biggest takeaway from the report?"

Not Receiving BOOM Emails
If you suddenly stop getting BOOM emails, first check to make sure that the emails in your Location Settings are up to date. If everything is accurate, try searching your inbox for ptworkshops.com.
- If you find emails in your spam folder, you should whitelist our email address and mark them as important.
- If, after trying the steps above, you still can't locate BOOM emails, email support@getbreakthrough.com so we can help.
