What is Whitelisting?

Make sure you never miss a lead! Whitelisting is a simple yet essential process that ensures Breakthrough-related emails land directly in your inbox, avoiding the dreaded spam folder. This guide outlines the steps to whitelist email addresses associated with your Breakthrough account, ensuring smooth communication and preventing missed opportunities.

Why Whitelist?

To guarantee the delivery of Breakthrough emails, it's important to whitelist specific email addresses. Whitelisting involves marking these addresses as "safe," allowing them to bypass spam blockers and reach your inbox. Don't let important communications get lost – follow these steps to whitelist the necessary email addresses.

You should do this for all email addresses you listed on your 'Location' settings in Breakthrough:

  • Email for the person who will be operating your funnels
  • The 'Send Replies to' Address
  • The 'Front Desk Email for Receiving BOOMs'
  • The 'Owner Email for Receiving BOOMs'

Whitelisting Breakthrough Emails: Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to your email account
  2. Send a Whitelisting Email
    • Compose a blank email with the subject "WHITELIST" and send it to the following addresses. You can streamline the process by copying and pasting this list into the recipient field:
      no-reply@getbreakthrough.com
      support@getbreakthrough.com
      billing@getbreakthrough.com
      noreply@getbreakthrough.com

Your whitelisting email should resemble the example below.
      Subject: WHITELIST

Body: [Leave the body of the email blank]

  3. Add to Address Book or Contacts
    • For added reliability, consider adding each of the above email addresses to your email account's address book or contact list. This extra step ensures that your email provider recognizes Breakthrough addresses as trusted, further reducing the likelihood of emails being marked as spam.

Your email should look like this!

Your whitelisting email should look similar to this.
