We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!


ENHANCEMENTS: 

  • AI Conversion Agent data is now available at the top of the workshop registrants page.
  • AI Sessions: The total number of conversations that AICA has initiated with registrants for that specific workshop.  
  • AI Quick Confirms: The number of Quick Confirm tasks that AICA has completed for that specific workshop. 
  • AI Appt Requests: The number of appointment requests generated by AICA for that specific workshop. 




WORKFLOW CHANGE: : 


The AI Conversion Agent is now toggled off by default when creating any new SMS campaigns. Users wishing to enable AICA for their campaign must manually move the toggle to the ON position. 


REFINEMENT: 

  • In response to client feedback, work was completed to reduce the sensitivity of the Review Needed email notifications generated by the AI Conversion Agent. 
  • BOOM notification emails of an appointment request now pull from the Call to Action field in Location Settings to indicate whether or not the requested appointment in a Free Screen. 
  • Work was completed to improve how the AI Conversion Agent responds when informed a contact has passed away.
  • An issue that caused indoc campaigns for some AICA workshops not to go out has been partially resolved. 

BUG FIXES: 
  • An issue that prevented workshops from being scheduled on a date which a deleted workshop was previously scheduled on has been resolved.
  • An issue that caused the AI Conversion Agent to not provide the practice phone number to contacts it converses with has been resolved. 
  • An issue that caused a 500 error when CSV files containing certain types of contact data were imported has been resolved. 
  • An issue that caused the AI Conversion Agent not to identify itself by name in some conversations has been resolved.
  • An issue that caused contacts to remain enrolled in a workshop after being moved to a new workshop has been resolved.
  • An issue that caused a 403 error message when Core license holders attempted to access the Reactivation Campaigns page has be resolved.
