Introduction
BOOM emails are automated email notifications triggered when Breakthrough generates a lead for you. These emails include the lead's name, email address, and phone number.
Here are the various types of BOOM emails you may receive:
New Registrant
Someone just signed up for a workshop! These leads should be called back, confirmed in the Breakthrough software, and updated within 5–10 minutes.
Tip: We provide scripts for registrant calls in the BOOM call script document.
Survey Response
Someone submitted a response to a Single Question Email or Single Question Survey. These leads should be called back within 5–10 minutes.
Check out this video from our Customer Success team to learn more about how to respond to Survey BOOMs.

Appointment Request
Someone just asked to schedule an appointment and should be called back and scheduled for a free appointment or initial evaluation, depending on your selected Call to Action, within 5–10 minutes. These BOOMs include the lead's name, email address, phone number, location, and preferred time of day for an appointment.

Phone Call
Someone just called you on the Breakthrough tracking number. Your tracking number routes directly to the number you listed on your Location page. All incoming calls to the tracking number are recorded and stored in the Call tab of the Chat Log. Remember the phone call is the lead.

Report Download
Someone just downloaded a free "Top 10" type report and should be called back, offered a free appointment (or signed up for the workshop), and updated within 5–10 minutes.
Tip: Ask them: What's your biggest takeaway from the report?
*Please note Report BOOMs are not active on every funnel. Check with your Customer Success Manager.
