BOOM emails are automated email notifications triggered when Growth X generates a lead for you. Your email campaigns all have a call to action that links out to one of two different landing pages: a schedule landing page or a survey landing page. You'll receive a corresponding BOOM when your email list interacts with those landing pages.

Growth X generates leads in a variety of ways. Here are the various types of BOOM emails you may receive:

Registrant Lead BOOMs are email notifications that a person just signed up for a workshop. These leads should be called back, confirmed in your Launchpad, offered a paid initial evaluation, and bucketed (if appropriate) within 5–10 minutes. We provide scripts for these calls in the BOOM call script document. BOOMs include the lead's name, email address, and phone number.

Survey BOOMs are email notifications that a person just submitted their response to a Single Question Email or Single Question Survey and should be called back and offered a paid initial evaluation within 5–10 minutes. What's the Email Lead's pain stopping them from doing? BOOMs include the lead's name, email address, and phone number.

Schedule BOOMs are email notifications that a person just asked to schedule an appointment and should be called back and scheduled for a free appointment or initial evaluation, depending on your selected Call to Action, within 5–10 minutes. BOOMs include the lead's name, email address, phone number, location, and preferred time of day for an appointment.

Phone BOOMs are email notifications that a person just called you on the Breakthrough tracking number. Your tracking number routes directly to the number you listed in your Location page. All incoming calls to the tracking number are recorded and populate in the Call tab of Launchpad. Remember the phone call is the lead.

Report BOOMs are email notifications that a person just downloaded a free "Top 10" type report and should be called back, offered a free appointment (or signed up for the workshop), and bucketed (if appropriate) within 5–10 minutes. What's the Report Lead's biggest takeaway from the report? BOOMs include the lead's name, email address, and phone number. *Please note Report BOOMs are not active on every funnel. Check with your Customer Success Manager.
