What are BOOM emails?

BOOM emails are how Breakthrough notifies you of new leads. These email notifications include the type of lead, their name, email address, and phone number.

BOOM Types

You'll receive different BOOM alerts for different types of leads.

Workshop Registrant

BOOM

A lead just signed up for a workshop, event, or open house.

    Recipients: Front Desk, Owner

Laser Open House Registrant

BOOM

A lead just signed up for a workshop, event, or open house.

    Recipients: Front Desk, Owner

Survey Response

#SURVEY-BOOM

A contact responded to the survey in a Single Question Email or Single Question Survey

    Recipients: Front Desk

Appointment Request

#SCHEDULE-BOOM

Someone requested an appointment through your scheduler page.

These BOOM emails also include the link they used to sign up and the preferred practice location.

Recipients: Front Desk

Phone Call

#PHONE-BOOM

Someone just called your tracking number, which routes directly to the number listed in your Location settings. All incoming calls to your tracking number are recorded and stored in the Call Log. Remember: the phone call is the lead!

Report Download

#REPORT-BOOM

A contact downloaded a free report. Report BOOMs are not active on every funnel. Check with your Customer Success Manager if you're unsure.

Recipients: Front Desk

Responding to BOOMs

Ideally, all leads will be called, confirmed, and updated within 5–10 minutes.

New Registrant: Call the contact and confirm their interest in the upcoming workshop.

Appointment Request: These leads should be called back and scheduled for a free appointment or initial evaluation

Report Download: Call to offer an appointment or upcoming workshop. Tip: Ask them, "What's your biggest takeaway from the report?"

Survey Response: Learn more about responding to these leads in this video from our Customer Success team:

Tip: Take advantage of Breakthrough's provided scripts for confirmation calls!

Not Receiving BOOM Emails

If you suddenly stop getting BOOM emails, first check to make sure that the emails in your Location Settings are up to date. If everything is accurate, try searching your inbox for ptworkshops.com
