What are Monthly Campaigns?

  • Monthly Email Campaigns are pre-made email campaigns that you can schedule and send easily from within Breakthrough.
  • These campaigns are sent to your contact list and are meant to keep your contacts engaged over time.
  • By utilizing these pre-made campaigns, your clinic stays top of mind and positions you as the expert in your area.

When to Send an Email Campaign

  • Send one email campaign a month. Ramp it up to twice a month for GPEs or in slower seasons.
  • The most effective email campaigns complement the events you’re running each month. Keep other marketing campaigns, time of year, holidays, etc, in mind when creating your marketing calendar.
  • Tuesdays are a good day to send emails (higher open rate), but it’s not the only day that emails are effective!
  • We don't recommend scheduling campaigns more than once every two weeks. Some email campaigns can last for up to 10 days, which could cause overlap and affect the reach of your emails.

Where Do Email Replies Go?

  • All email replies will be sent to the email in your Location Settings indicated as "Send Replies To".
    • This is location-specific and can differ if you have multiple locations within Breakthrough.

Who Receives the Campaign?

Goodwill Campaigns

  • Offer free content to the readers and ask that they engage with the  content (i.e. 'watch this video', 'resond to the survey', etc).
  • When the reader engages with the content, they will be prompted to handle their pain by scheduling in with your clinic to solve their pain and get back to normal naturally.
  • Most goodwill campaigns generate a BOOM email after a reader has taken action on the email call to action (CTA). To familiarize yourself with what BOOM emails are and who receives what types of BOOM emails, read more here.

Greatest Promotion Ever (GPE) Campaigns
