What is the Homepage?

The first page you'll see when you log in is the homepage. 

This is where you can see a snapshot of your follow-up data. 

You can jump back to the homepage anytime by clicking the Breakthrough logo in the top left of your screen.

This page shows the number of follow-ups scheduled each day and their completion rate.

• A percentage average of how many tasks are being completed on time

• Filters the completion rate percent and graph by task due date
