Most everything you'll need to access lives at the top of your screen, in the Utility Bar. Here is a breakdown of what you'll find up there, from left to right:
Location Toggle
- If you have more than one location, you can switch between them here.
Contacts
- Easily see contacts in specific phases: Leads, Free Screens, Initial Evaluations, Patients, and All contacts.
- The Follow-Up page lives here and is where your lead converter will do most of their work. You want to be checking this page every day!
Growth
- Review all current or previous workshops and their registrants.
- Schedule new Workshops or CAWs
- Filter by workshop type, date or location
Reactivation
- Schedule/Edit current or previous monthly campaigns
- Preview campaign content
- Schedule/Edit Email Broadcasts
- Schedule/Send SMS campaigns
Insights
- Review data on email performance, follow-ups, and workshop success
Chat Log
- Listen to call recordings
- Confirm your Tracking Number
- Send texts to contacts based on their phase or workshop registration
- Reply to unread texts from leads
