How to Access Nurture Campaigns

  • Click Reactivation from the top navigation bar 
  • Click Nurture Phase Campaigns from the sub navigation bar


  • Phases are listed on the left. Phases in the Nurture stage of the patient journey include: 
    • Free Screen - Scheduled 
    • Free Screen - Didn't Schedule 
    • Free Screen - No Show 
    • Free Screen - Reschedule Appt 
    • Initial Evaluation - Scheduled 
    • Initial Evaluation - Didn't Schedule 
    • Initial Evaluation - No Show 
    • Initial Evaluation - Reschedule Appt 
    • Patient - Scheduled Plan of Care 
    • Graduated - Graduated 
  • The campaign associated with the phase is listed under Campaign
  • Under Enabled, Nurture Campaigns can be turned on and off using the toggle. 
  • Tools accessible using the icons on the far right: 
    • Preview (eye icon): A pop-up window with a preview of the campaign. 
    • Contacts (people icon): A list of all contacts currently enrolled in the campaign. 
    • Message Log (list icon): A log of all outgoing messages sent as part of the campaign. 
    • Edit (pencil icon): A copy editing tool. 

How to Edit a Nurture Campaign

  • Click the Edit icon to customize the campaign associated with a phase. 
    • If the campaign you want to edit is not selected, click the dropdown arrow to locate the campaign. Then click Edit to the right of the dropdown menu.

  • After editing, ensure your edited campaign is selected in the dropdown menu and click Save on the bottom right of the pop-up window. 
    • Warning: By clicking Save, a new campaign will be assigned to the phase. Contacts will stop receiving campaign messages from the currently assigned campaign and will start receiving campaign messages from the initial step of the newly assigned campaign.

How to Revert to a Default Campaign 


Breakthrough has a default campaign available for each phase. To revert back to that default: 

  • Click the Edit icon for the campaign you want to change. 
  • Click Revert to Default on the button left of the pop-up window.
