RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS
- UPDATE: Non-GSM characters will now be converted to GSM prior to sending an SMS text message; characters that cannot be converted will be filtered out prior to send.
- Examples of non-GSM characters include emojis, curly brackets { } and the Arabic and Chinese alphabets.
- BUG FIX: An issue with the AI Assist feature for SMS text campaigns has been resolved.
- BUG FIX: We previously released a feature that automatically parses merged Name and Address fields in imported CSV files. A post-deployment issue with parsing the Address field has been resolved.
RELEASE NOTES - BETA USERS OF REACTIVATION AND/OR NURTURE CAMPAIGN CUSTOMIZATION
- UPDATE: Workshop-related placeholder tokens such as [Workshop.FunnelName] and [Workshop.When] were incorrectly made available to users when editing Reactivation and Nurture campaigns. These tokens are incompatible with the Reactivation and Nurture campaign types and have been removed from the Supported Placeholders modal.
