Why We Track Practice Vitals

As your brand exposure increases locally, you will see something happen that Breakthrough refers to as The Rising Tide. Tracking your practice vitals allows us to learn more about how your clinic's numbers are growing over time, and paint a picture of the long-term health.

The Rising Tide

The Rising Tide relates to the 4 levels of brand awareness (learn more here).

Together with Breakthrough, you are shifting brand awareness in the community towards your practice becoming the 'Brand of Preference.' This also means that, sometimes, the growth you see in your clinic doesn't directly correlate to the performance we see in the software.

This is where Practice Vitals come in. As your partner in growth, the more data you submit, the more we can help measure your Rising Tide.

Quarterly Business Reviews

Once you have three months of current data in your Practice Vitals, your CSM can begin reporting on growth in quarterly business reviews.

We do our best to get as much information as we can from you beforehand through strategy meetings, reviews, and 1x1 training. We believe in making SMART goals together based on real data.

All QBRs are custom to your needs, but from a high level, your CSM will review program performance and practice KPIs, helping to guide you and connecting you with resources along the way.
