Reactivation Campaign Duration

Because Reactivation Text Campaigns are meant to increase your clinic volume by bringing in past patients, we've built in three cadences based on how much volume you want to generate.

The duration chosen when scheduling a reactivation text campaign determines how many contacts to send your message to each week. This prevents overloading your lead converters with too many text messages to reply to.

9 Days - Increase Volume Now

  • This is best used during your slowest time of year or if you have a smaller contact list and primarily want to market to your past patients.
  • Example: If you have 1000 contacts in No Phase and choose 9 Days, all 1000 contacts will receive your reactivation campaign over a duration of 9 days (messages will be sent in 3 batches over the 9-day period)

30 Days - Maintain Volume

  • This can be used to maintain the current volume in your practice by keeping your contacts engaged while not overwhelming your lead converters.
  • This is a good option for a practice that is experiencing frequent last-minute cancellations and wants to fill those spots.
  • Example: If you have 1000 contacts in No Phase and choose 30 days, each week roughly 250 contacts will receive your reactivation message.

90 Days - Consistent Volume

  • This option is best for practices that want to stay engaged with their contacts but don't need an immediate "boost" in patient visits.
  • This is also the best option for practices that are struggling with staffing or who are worried about being able to respond to replies.
  • Example: If you have 1000 contacts in No Phase and choose 90 days, each week roughly 85 contacts will receive your reactivation message.
