Call Tracking lets us accurately count, record, and deliver Breakthrough Phone Leads, using a unique tracking phone number.
While you may get various calls to your tracking number, (we encourage you to use it on all ads so that you can track your progress!) Breakthrough defines a Phone Lead as any call lasting more than 20 seconds and that comes from a unique telephone number within a rolling 31-day window.
You choose the area code you would like your tracking number to use in your Location page during onboarding. Your tracking number will route directly to the Phone Number you list on your Location page. If you wish to change the area code or phone number, contact support@getbreakthrough.com.
Anytime a lead calls your tracking number, you will receive a Phone BOOM. The call is recorded and will populate in the Call Log of your Chat Log.
