RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS


UI ENHANCEMENT: We're excited to share that the Preview Links page has been updated for a better user experience! Here's what's new:

  • Location-Specific Content: You'll now see the content tailored to the selected location rather than showing content for all locations, making it easier to find what you need without sifting through everything.

  • Organized Visuals: Each funnel's content is neatly displayed in its own block for quick and easy reference.

  • Handy Quick Links: We've added convenient buttons for landing page links, so you can access them faster than ever!

UI ENHANCEMENT: A new "Help, I'm Stuck" button has been added to a prominent location on the import contacts page. When clicking this button, a modal appears with links to the Help Center or the option to contact support@getbreakthrough.com for assistance. 



UI ENHANCEMENT: A new tool is available that shows the user when a campaign is scheduled to go out. Together with the Message Log, the Scheduled Sends tool will gives a more complete picture of campaign traffic. 


UI ENHANCEMENT: The Contacts sub-nav menu received a refresh in order to be able to create custom phase names. Pages specific to a phase (aside from Lead) were removed and centralized under All Contacts, where it can filtered by phase.

WORKFLOW CHANGE: To resolve an issue with campaign delays not executing correctly, you will no longer be able to select a Start Time for a campaign step with a delay of less than 1 day.

  • You will be unable to save campaign changes until either the Start Time is removed or the delay is increased to greater than 1 day. An error message is present to communicate this. 
  • Note: You may need to manually remove the Start Time or increase the delay if you're unable to save campaign changes.


ENHANCEMENT: New placeholder tokens are available for campaigns: 

    • [Practice_Slug] - pulls in practice slug 
    • [UTM.Source] - pulls in the lead source (e.g. email, SMS) 


WORKFLOW CHANGE: In the Import Contacts workflow, the Location field will no longer be pre-filled; users will need to manually select a location. However, users will no longer be required to type the Location name to confirm their import after hitting Submit. 


BUG FIX: An issue that caused an error message when uploading a logo to Practice Settings has been resolved. 

BUG FIX: An issue that caused Additional Tracking Numbers in Location Settings not to be able to be created or deleted has been resolved. 

BUG FIX: An issue that caused a "Call cannot be completed as dialed" error message when attempting to call registered tracking numbers created by the Account Setup form has been resolved. 

BUG FIX: An issue that caused certain states/provinces/territories to be missing from the State field dropdown on the Account Setup form has been resolved.
