RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS


We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!


ENHANCEMENTS: 


  • To better support our new EMR integrations, the Insurance field in Contact Details now supports multiple insurances. (NOTE: There are known issues with the user experience in this field that will be resolved in a future release.)


  • Work was completed to improve functionality and user experience of contact tables on the All Contacts, Leads, and Workshop Registrants pages. These improvements include: 
    • Improved Phase filtering that respond dynamically to contacts' current phases 
    • Simplified Column headers to more quickly find relevant information 
    • Back-end code improvements to increase loading speed and reduce bugs 


  • The V1 Pro funnel template was refined to eliminate bugs, resolve formatting issues, and create a better overall user experience. 
  • To simplify and streamline the user experience, the CSV Export buttons were removed from the All Contacts and Leads pages. All CSV export functionality will now be accessed through Settings > Manage Contacts.


  • To simplify and streamline the user experience, the PDF Export button was removed from the Workshop Registrants page. Users can still export a list of all registrants using the CSV Export button.



BUG FIXES: 


  • An issue that caused user phone numbers to be logged repeatedly in the Activity Log has been resolved.


  • An issue that caused discrepancies in the total count of imported contacts in the Contact Import workflow has been resolved.
