We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

ENHANCEMENT: 

• In response to client feedback/demand, operating hours for the AI Conversion Agent can now be broken up into multiple segments throughout the day.
  • Example: A practice wants the AI Agent to be operational before the clinic opens in the morning and after it closes in the evening, but not during office hours. The practice would schedule two operating blocks on the same day: 
    • MONDAY 12:00 AM - 7:59 AM 
    • 5:00 PM - 11:59 PM 

BUG FIX: 

• An issue that caused registrants for certain appointment funnels to not populate on the registrant list has been resolved.
  • Expected Behavior: When a contact registers for a V2 (appointment) funnel, the following should occur: 
    • The practice should receive an appointment request BOOM notification 
    • The contact should populate on the Follow-Up Tasks page under Appointment Requests
    • Under Growth > Funnel Name > Registrants, the contact should be visible on the registrant list
