Release Notes:

  • Follow-Up task logic
    • We've received several tickets from clients that follow-up tasks are not showing on the Follow-Up page when expected. We found that this was happening to certain tasks based on when they were opened in the system (ex: if a lead registered for a workshop at 5 PM, all follow-ups would trigger based on that 5 PM time).
    • We've revamped all of our 11 Follow Up types so that all tasks, regardless of time created/due, will show on the follow-up page at midnight the day they are due. 
    • If there are any instances where an expected task is not showing on your follow-up page, please outline the scenario and the contact(s) affected in an email to support@getbreakthrough.com. 
  • Pro users can now edit active workshop dates 
    • In the past, red workshops had to be modified by emailing Support to make sure that ads were updated accordingly. Since Breakthrough does not provide marketing services for Breakthrough Pro funnels, you can now edit any active or upcoming Pro workshop dates
    • Please continue to reach out to support@getbreakthrough.com to make changes to the funnel or location. 
    • Premium workshops in red will still need to be updated by emailing support@getbreakthrough.com to prevent any errors in your advertising.
  • Updates to the phone number fields in the app
    • As we make improvements to the user interface, we're updating all phone number fields in the app and landing pages to automatically add hyphens. This is a simple update that contributes to a polished and consistent view for you and your leads. 
  • [BUG FIX] Manual follow-up tasks showing before the due date
    • Some users have reported that all open manual follow-up tasks were showing on the Follow Up page regardless of their due date. They will now show on the date they are due, and will populate at midnight like all other tasks.
    • This was resolved in our v1.5 release, but experienced a setback while our team was processing updates to task logic. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we worked through this. 
  • [BUG FIX] Broadcast tool freezing
    • We've fixed an issue that caused the system to freeze when scheduling an email blast. Previously, if the user received any errors when scheduling a blast, the page would freeze, and the user would have to refresh the entire page to try again. Now the user can close the pop-up window or the error message and proceed without issue. 
    • We've received a ton of positive feedback regarding the expansion of this tool, and are looking forward to continued updates this year!
