Why are some of my workshops in red?
- If a workshop is red, it means the corresponding landing page is displaying the day and time for that workshop. This is primarily used by Breakthrough Premium members who manage their ads through Breakthrough; however, it can be useful to confirm when you are sharing a landing page link.
- Red workshops can only be modified by Support. Please email support@getbreakthrough.com to make changes.
How to Edit a Workshop
- You can edit workshops using the pencil icon on the right side of the workshop.
- To edit a workshop that is red, or to change the type of workshop, please contact Support at support@getbreakthrough.com.
How to Cancel or Change the Date of a Workshop
- If the workshop is red, you'll need to email Support to make any changes. We do not recommend canceling or changing a workshop less than 72 hours before the workshop date.
- If the workshop isn't red, you can delete it by clicking the red trashcan icon (check for registrants first! Anyone registered should be moved to No Phase or added to a different workshop).
- Click the edit icon to change the funnel type, date, ad spend, etc.
How to Change the Funnel Type or Ad Spend
- If the workshop is red, you'll need to email Support to make any changes. We do not recommend changing a workshop less than 72 hours before the workshop date.
- If the workshop isn't red, you can click the edit icon to change the funnel type, date, ad spend, etc.
- Important: Check for registrants first! Anyone registered should be moved to No Phase or added to a different workshop. Failing to move registrants before changing the funnel type can result in registrants getting the wrong indoctrination emails.
What happens if too many people sign up for my workshop?
- Always a great problem to have! If you have an upcoming workshop with confirmed and expected attendees that will exceed your room capacity, you can create an Overflow Workshop.
- An Overflow Workshop is a secondary workshop of the same event where we can start sending new leads to - this way, you still capture all of the demand for this event and at this time!
- You can also use this overflow event as backup for any last minute cancellations, in the case that the overflow workshop date works better for some registrants.
- We recommend setting up an overflow once you reach 85% capacity.
- Email support@getbreakthrough.com to request Support open your Overflow workshop.
- Note: Overflow workshops need to be held within 2-3 days of the current workshop.
