RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS

We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

UI CHANGES:

  • The Growth (workshop scheduling) page has been updated as part of our ongoing UI refresh. This work includes updated fonts, colors, and overall styling.
  • Custom phase names are now reflected on the Nurture Phase Campaigns page and any pages that uses the React library.
  • Funnel names have been removed from all V1 funnel landing pages. The copy now reads, "Thank you registering for the upcoming workshop."
  • Now that end users have access to the Manage Phases page, they are able to turn on/off specific phases. Users will now see an error message if they attempt to disable a phase that has an active Nurture or Growth campaign running.

BUG FIXES:

  • An issue that caused the Add Event modal on the Growth (workshop scheduling) page to default to the wrong location has been fixed.
  • An issue that caused newly scheduled workshops to not populate on the Growth (workshop scheduling) page has been resolved.
  • An issue that prompted users who click the back button on their browser to create a funnel they already created has been resolved. Users will now see an error message that "This workshop type is already assigned to Location: XYZ."
  • Work was completed to ensure workshop registrants who enter an email with an invalid domain (e.g. charlotte@gnail.con) see the appropriate error message.

NEW - AI Patient Conversion AGENT (AICA) beta:

The following functionality was deployed to the Production environment for the AI Patient Conversion Agent:

  • AICA can be enabled/disabled by end users at the workshop level by clicking Edit on the workshop and toggling on/off the AI Enabled button.
  • AICA can be enabled/disabled by BT admin users at the funnel level by checking/unchecking the AI Workshop Agent box at the bottom of the funnel creation and editing pages.
  • Users can add a description of their workshop on the Create or Edit Funnel pages that can be accessed by AICA to answer contact questions.
