RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS
- BUG FIX: Certain SMS messages were not visible in the Text Inbox unless you searched for them, with Subscribe/Unsubscribe messages the most commonly affected. This has been resolved and a search is no longer required to view these messages.
- The fix retroactively made past messages visible in the Unread folder of the Inbox, which increased the number of Unread messages significantly in a short window of time. This issue was resolved by flagging the Subscribe/Unsubscribe messages as Read.
- A future release will flag all incoming Subscribe/Unsubscribe messages as Read by default.
- UPDATE: To prevent latency and/or failure of outgoing messages, the minimum send window for SMS text messages has been increased from 1 hour to 4 hours.
- A future release will clean up the SMS scheduling UI to make these parameters easier for users to understand.
- BUG FIX: Some types of CSV import failures - such as negative date values - were not being reported to the user. Users will now see an explanation for these import failures.
- ENHANCEMENT: UTM tags have been added to scheduling links in Reactivation emails that allow us to track form fills and IEs that come from email campaigns.
- A future release will surface this data in the in-app Email Performance report for clients and in Looker for internal BT admins.
- BUG FIX: An issue with calls from unsupported numbers (e.g. countries beyond the US or Canada) has been resolved.
- BUG FIX: An issue with Text Campaign messages logs has been resolved.
