RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS
- BUG FIX: It was previously possible to back-date appointments from the Add Contact modal, causing reminders to be sent for appointments that had already occured. This ability has been removed. Users must now choose the current date or a future date for any appointments entered in the Add Contact modal.
- BUG FIX: Typos have been corrected in the "appointment request" and "incoming call" BOOM emails.
- BUG FIX: A minor issue with message log status updates has been resolved.
- UPDATE: We cleaned up the prompt messaging when scheduling start and stop times for SMS campaigns to make it easier for users to understand.
- UPDATE: In response to the recent issue with Subscribe/Unsubscribe messages crowding the Unread messages folder, Subscribe/Unsubscribe messages will now be flagged Read by default. These messages will still be available in the All Messages folder.
- UPDATE: Confirmed that duplicate contacts will not be created if a contact registers for the same workshop twice.
RELEASE NOTES - BETA USERS OF REACTIVATION CAMPAIGN CUSTOMIZATION
- BUG FIX: Fixed an issue with the Reactivation Campaigns UI failing to load for Safari users.
RELEASE NOTES - USERS OF NURTURE CAMPAIGN CUSTOMIZATION
- UPDATE: Changes to campaign templates in the Admin UI were not being received in the user UI. This was not a bug, but the unintended result of a previous workflow decision. We corrected the issue by ensuring all campaigns are set to Default when Nurture Campaigns are first enabled so the latest template updates are recieved.
- BUG FIX: A minor issue with contacts failing to populate in the Contacts page was resolved.
