Adding Patient Testimonials

Testimonials are a key element of your landing page. They provide social proof and increase click-to-conversion rates. We encourage you to share your own patient testimonials, as this promotes patient trust and contributes to your success since the reviews are coming from individuals who have firsthand experience at your practice.


Note: Testimonials must include the Patient name, written testimonial, and Patient image, or it will not show on your landing page.

 


Photo Guidelines

To appear on the landing page, each testimonial must include a photo, message, and patient name. Only Enovis landing pages do not allow a testimonial photo.


The below photo is a great example of a testimonial patient image:



  • The treatment team is clearly identifiable in branded shirts
  • Everyone is smiling
  • The lighting is bright, and the image is high quality


Testimonial Format

Ideally, landing page testimonials are relevant to the funnel type and follow this general format:

 

“Before [PT, Chiro, etc.], I couldn’t do XYZ because of my [your funnel type] pain. Thanks to [workshop presenter or practice name] I can now do XYX.”


Add Testimonials 

Landing pages can accommodate up to 3 testimonials. Each testimonial must have a photo, message, and patient name to show on the landing page. Only Enovis landing pages do not allow a testimonial photo.


  1. In Breakthrough, click on the Settings gear icon at the top right corner. 
  2. Click on Location Settings, and from there, click the Edit button (blue pencil button) next to the funnel you're adding testimonials for.
  3. Scroll down to Funnels and choose Create or Edit to open up the Workshop Type.




     4. Scroll down to the middle section of the page - this is your Testimonials section:

  1. Click Testimonial One, then add the Name (typically first name and last initial)
  2. Upload a high-quality testimonial image for the Patient Image
  3. Copy/Paste the patient testimonial into the Testimonial field
  4. Click Testimonial 2 and 3 to upload more
  5. Update to save
