In general, once you set up your funnels for the first time, you'll only need to make edits if you add new testimonials or photos.

Where to Find Funnel Settings

Active funnels for each location can be edited within the Location Settings page on the righthand side.

  1. In Breakthrough, click on the Settings (gear icon) on the bottom left and click Location Settings.
  2. Click the pencil icon on the far right of the location you want to edit.
  3. On the righthand side, you'll see your Funnels
  4. Click the Create or Edit button next to your funnel to open the settings.

The funnels you'll see here are location-specific. If you think you're missing a funnel from your account, check that you're in the correct location.

How to Add Workshop Presenters

  1. Enter the workshop presenter‘s first name, last name (plus any credentials).
  2. You can add more than one presenter. Enter the first name, last name, (plus any credentials) and "&" in the Workshop Presenter First name, then the second presenter‘s first name and last name (plus any credentials) in Workshop Presenter Last Name.

Note: If you've created your own funnel videos the name and photos on this page should match who is in your video, even if that person may not host every workshop. The point is to include a face your leads will recognize when they come to a workshop.

How to Upload a Headshot Photo

  1. Click on the Choose File button. (You will want to be sure to select a photo that is clear and under 2 megabytes.)
  2. Note: You won't see the photo upload upon clicking "Choose File", but you will see the name of the file appear in the text box indicating that a photo has been selected and is ready to upload.
  3. Make sure to click on "Save" at the bottom of the Details section to save the changes. (When you click back into the Funnel, you will see the uploaded photo.)

Funnel Videos

If you are using Breakthrough Premium, your funnels include options for landing page, indoctrination, and objection-handling videos. These videos are designed to convert and nurture event leads and registrants.

  • Landing Page Video
  • Indoctrination Videos 1, 2, 3
  • Post Workshop Videos 1, 2, 3
    • Help to convert leads that did not attend or sign up for an appointment
    • Example objection handling video: Is Time an Issue?

Testimonials

Testimonials are a key element of your landing page. They provide social proof and increase click-to-conversion rates. We strongly recommend adding in testimonials from your patients at your practice, as this gives more of a personable and customized feel!

“Before [PT, Chiro, Treatment, etc.], I couldn’t do XYZ because of my [funnel type] pain. Thanks to [workshop presenter name or practice name] I can now do XYX.” - Patient First Name
