RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS

We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

UI CHANGES:

ENHANCEMENT -

  • As part of an ongoing effort to refine and simplify our highest value workflows, we have refreshed the event scheduling workflow.
  • Changes include: After clicking New Event, users will now choose from Workshop, Partner, or Appointment funnel (The Appointment funnel type does not collect an event date or time, but instead collects a desired date range)

  • In the event list:
  • The Date column will now display a date range for Appointment funnels; no time will be displayed for this funnel type

    • A new column now displays funnel Type
    •  New filters allow the user to sort their events by Status and/or Type
    • Expired events are now shown in gray at the bottom of the screen; all links on these events are still clickable and data is still accessible.

WORKFLOW CHANGE -
On the Schedule Campaign page, users are now unable to select a Phase-based audience filter for Reactivation campaigns.
  • These campaigns are written specifically for No Phase (inactive) contacts and may not make sense to a broader audience
  • When a Reactivation campaign has been selected, the Reactivation and All Contacts buttons will be grayed out, as well as the Phase field.
  • Users can still segment by Insurance and/or Sex for Reactivation campaigns.
  • Custom text or email campaigns can still be segmented by Phase.

ENHANCEMENT -

On the Schedule Campaign page, users can now filter the Reactivation dropdown menu by AI-enabled campaigns.

  • AI-enabled campaigns now have the sparkle icon

BUG FIXES -

  • An issue that caused unsubscribed contacts to be batched together in a campaign "drip" has been resolved. Contacts are now randomly distributed in batches.
  • An issue that caused AICA not to respond when contacts were enrolled in more than one Reactivation campaign has been resolved.
  • An issue that caused a deprecated task type (Inbound Communication) to reappear on the Follow-Up Tasks page has been resolved.
