RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS


We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!


UI CHANGES:


ENHANCEMENTS: Redesigns of the following pages were launched as part of the ongoing UI refresh efforts:

  • Follow-Up Tasks 

  • Contacts > All Contacts 

  • Contacts > Leads 

  • Call Logs 

  • Text Message pop-up window (accessed from contact record)
  • English-language special characters -- such as periods, hyphens, and apostrophes -- are now accepted in the First Name and Last Name fields for all contact sources (LFAs, CSV imports, etc).
  • Inbound SMS messages containing "YES" no longer bypass the Unread folder. 
  • The Account Setup forms have been edited to include

    -Clarification on which name is required in the Practice > Name field 

    -Clarification on which Market to select if neither or both apply 

    -New disclaimer verbiage for Enovis clients on the credit card submission page 


    WORKFLOW CHANGE: When updating event details, the user is now unable to change the location or workshop type post-scheduling.


BUG FIXES:

  • An issue that caused a 500 server error when creating a new users has been resolved.
  • ROLLBACK: A previous change that removed V2 funnels from the event scheduling workflow has been rolled back. They will remain available on this page until an alternate workflow can be found.
  • As issue that caused the No Phase (Automated Reactivation) campaign row to be removed from the Nurture Phase Campaigns page if the location customizes the No Phase label has been resolved. 


AICA BETA USERS:


ENHANCEMENT: The following fields were added to Location Settings for the purpose of programming the AI Conversion Agent:

  • Agent Name 

  • Agent Background 

  • Insurance and Payment Info

  • AICA can now be activated for Reactivation campaigns at the admin (template) and user level. 

    NOTE: This functionality is pre-Beta. Please do not enable AICA for a Reactivation campaign without BT Support & Product approval. 

  • Copy on AICA-enabled workshop registration Thank You pages was edited to remove a CTA asking the registrant to call the office to confirm their attendance. AICA texts the contact to handle this task.
  • BUG FIX: An issue that caused the new Workshop Description field under Create/Edit Workshop to only populate for end users and not Breakthrough admins has been resolved.
