What are Growth Phase Campaigns?
- Growth Phase Campaigns are the automated campaigns that go out to contacts currently in a Lead phase and/or enrolled in a workshop or event.

How to Customize Growth Phase Campaigns
- Click the Settings icon to customize the campaign associated with a phase.
- If the campaign you want to edit is not selected, click the dropdown arrow to locate the campaign. Then click Edit to the right of the dropdown menu.
- Resource: How to Edit a Campaign
- After editing, ensure your edited campaign is selected in the dropdown menu and click Save on the bottom right of the pop-up window.
- Warning: By clicking Save, a new campaign will be assigned to the phase. All contacts enrolled in the previous campaign will be unenrolled and will no longer receive campaign messaging associated with the given phase. Contacts will begin to receive your newly assigned campaign when they newly enter the associated phase.
- Example:
- Mary is a Lead at ABC Practice. Mary is in the Lead-New phase as part of a Rotator Cuff workshop and, therefore, enrolled in Breakthrough's Rotator Cuff - Standard - Indoctrination template campaign.
- ABC Practice creates a new version of the campaign called ABC Practice_Rotator Cuff - Indoctrination and assigns it to the Lead-New phase.
- Mary is immediately unenrolled from the previous campaign. To prevent duplicate communication, Mary will not be enrolled in the newly assigned campaign. Instead, Mary will begin receiving communications again the next time she changes phases.
- Joe, another incoming patient at ABC Practice, was moved into the InitialEvaluation-Scheduled phase after the campaign changes were made, so Joe will receive the latest campaign messaging.
- Note: The saved changes will apply only to the specific campaign and funnel selected. If the edited campaign was shared across multiple phases or funnels, it will need to be individually added to each of those.
How to Revert to a Default Campaign
Breakthrough has a default campaign available for each phase. To revert back to that default:
- Click the Edit icon for the campaign you want to change.
- Click Revert to Default on the button in the bottom-left corner of the pop-up window.
