Exporting Contacts from WebPT
1. Within WebPT, click Display Patients under Patient Manager at the left side of the page
2. Select Search All
3. Click Export to Excel
4. Depending on the size of the file, the download may take a minute or two
Exporting Contacts from Prompt
1. Within Prompt, click the Patients tab in the left-hand menu
2. Click the Filter button (⏚) beside the search bar
3. Click the Export Patients button
4. In the pop-up, All Dates will be selected. Click Export
5. The Patient List Excel file will download to your device
- Note: if you would like to export patients for a specific provider, there is the option to select one or more providers in the Providers Seen filter.
Exporting Contacts from JaneApp
1. Within Jane, select Reports from the top navigation bar
2. Click Patient List
3. Choose All Patients at the top of the page
4. Once the patients load, click the More icon in the top right corner
5. Select Export as CSV
Exporting Contacts from PTEverywhere
1. Within PTEverywhere, click on Reports
2. Choose Demographics Report > Apply
3. Click on Export to CSV
Exporting Contacts from ChiroTouch
1. Within ChiroTouch, click on Billing/Statement Reports
2. Select on Data Export
3. On the left side, click Patient Data as the export type
4. From the filter menu, select Patient First Name and select Present as the criteria
5. Click Add
6. Repeat for Patient Last Name, Patient Phone Number, and Patient Email Address
7. Click Save. This will save the custom filter for future use. Save this report filter on the computer.
- To access the saved filter in the future, click Load on the Data Export screen and select the filter file
- Note: This saving step only needs to be done the first time.
8. Select Export. Choose the CSV export
Exporting Contacts from Eclipse
1. Within Eclipse, click on File
2. Click on Data Import/Export
3. Click on Export
4. Click on ASCII Comma Delimited
5. You will be presented with a screen where you can select one or more fields to export. Select the information that you would like to include in the export. Use the Filters button to narrow down the patients you want to export. Otherwise, all patients will be exported.
Exporting Contacts from DrChrono
1. Within DrChrono, select the Patients tab from the menu bar
2. Select Patient List from the dropdown menu
3. Click on the Export (CSV) button in the top-right corner to download the file
Exporting Contacts from MindBody
1. Within MindBody, go to the Reports tab, and select Clients from the tabs on the left
2. Select Mailing List in the filter on the top left
3. Choose the group of clients you are interested in from the List Clients menu
4. In the Client’s Opt-in Status menu, choose all clients
5. Choose Clients Only, Prospects Only, or Clients and Prospects from the third row
6. Choose a Sort By method, either Client Name or Client Barcode
7. Click Generate to preview the results
8. Click Export to Excel to save the list to your computer
Exporting Contacts from Raintree
1. Within Raintree, select Patient Files on the menu on the left
2. Select Print, then Query
3. Choose List, then Quick Query
-Optional: You can also choose to filter the list export by going to the Patient Status field (hit the Enter key, then add in equal (=) meaning patients equal to, then click the arrow in that box and select ACT for active. Leave the field blank if you don't want to filter your patient contact list.)
Note: There's no save button/option, use F10 to save.
4. Next, choose the Query option as Field Order > List Mode. (This allows you to pick all of the fields you want in the export.) Select the fields you want (First Name, Last Name, etc.) using the arrow up and down keys and hitting Enter.
5. Click Save up at the top, then select Done.
6. Right click on the report, then select the Export to Excel option to create your CSV file.
