Release Notes:

• Updated timing for Power Confirmations 
  • We've been hard at work reviewing the follow-up logic and timing of tasks! The previous follow-up logic had these tasks generated 48 hours before the workshop date; with this update, Power Confirmations will populate at midnight the day before the workshop.
  • (Ex: If the workshop is scheduled for July 15, the Workshop Confirmation tasks should be on your task list starting at midnight on July 14). Incomplete confirmations will auto-close after the scheduled workshop date/time.
    
  • These are meant to be a final confirmation that a workshop registrant will be attending. We see the highest turnout for leads that are Power Confirmed. Completing this task closer to the workshop date keeps the commitment top of mind for your registrant.
  • If there are any instances where an expected task is not showing on your follow-up page, please outline the scenario and the contact(s) affected in an email to support@getbreakthrough.com. 
• Support for Canadian addresses
  • You can now select Canada or USA in the Country dropdown of any address field. This will update the State/Province options available. 
• Additional contact validation within Breakthrough
  • We've added standard validations across our landing pages and the Breakthrough application to promote contact quality and spam prevention.
  • Only 10-digit phone numbers with valid area codes are accepted whenever a contact is created or updated in Breakthrough.
    
• Bug Fix: Hyperlinks within Email Broadcasts 
  • Continuing to improve our Email Broadcast feature, the 'Hyperlink' button in the editor is now fully functional. This was a small yet annoying feature missing from Email Broadcasts. To add a hyperlink to text, highlight the desired text in the Email Body and click the 'link' icon or follow the steps shown in the gif below:
