We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!
ENHANCEMENTS:
- A contact search box was added to the Campaign contact, scheduled send, and message logs, as well as the Call Log. (Note: For Campaigns, you can search by name; for Calls, you can search by name or phone number.)
- In response to client feedback, inbound calls from unknown numbers will no longer have a contact record automatically created and the Create Contact icon will appear for all unknown numbers.
BUG FIX:
- An issue that caused an error message when clicking the "here" link in an appointment request BOOM notification email has been resolved.
