Breakthrough billing and Facebook billing are separate - Facebook charges you directly for your advertising costs. We run your ads through our Business Manager so all Growth Xers can reap the rewards of big budget spending with Facebook (dedicated FB rep for our ad managers, more power behind our ads, etc). This also means that any cards you already have on file are not able to be used to cover your ad spend with us.
We need 2 cards on file because we want to avoid Facebook turning your ads being off if there is ever a billing issue on the primary card.
How? You need a Breakthrough team member (most likely your Customer Success Manager) to add your credit cards to our Business Manager. This can happen in two ways:
At an event: Your Customer Success Manager will add your cards to our Business Manager in person.
On a call: Your Customer Success Manager will add your cards to our Business Manager on a call.
