Facebook Setup

In order to create and manage Facebook ads for you, we need Admin access to your practice’s Facebook Business Page. This will typically be done with you during the onboarding process.

We will ask you to grant access to your onboarder initially, but you will eventually see 2-3 more Breakthrough team members as admins on the account. This is because our support team builds your ad account, but our Ad Ops team manages the ads. If you ever see someone on your admin list that you don't recognize, email support@getbreakthrough.com so we can confirm if it is a member of our Ad Ops team.
