How to Clear Cookies and Cache on Google Chrome
- Open Chrome
- In the top right-hand corner of the browser, you will see three dots; click the 3 dots to open the settings menu
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “More Tools"
- Click on “Clear browsing data..."
- A new tab will open in Chrome with a pop-up window; make sure the "Time Range" is set to "All Time"
- Then, check the boxes for
- Browsing History
- Cookies and Other Site Data
- Cached Images and Files
- Click “Clear data"
- Your page will refresh when complete
- Close out your browser window and reopen it, then you should be good to go!
How to Clear Cookies and Cache on Firefox
- Open Firefox on your computer
- In the upper right-hand corner of the browser, click the three parallel lines to open the menu, then click the “Privacy” tab
- Select “Clear your recent history”
- To delete all cookies, select “Everything.”
- Click “Clear now.”
- Your page will refresh when complete
- Close out your browser window and reopen it, then you should be good to go!
How to Clear Cookies and Cache on Safari (Mac)
- Open Safari
- Select “Preferences” from the drop-down Safari menu
- Click on “Privacy,” then on “Manage website data”
- Click on “Remove all” from the drop-down menu
