Most error codes or login issues can be resolved by clearing your cookies and cache. Follow the process below as a first step for troubleshooting.




How to Clear Cookies and Cache on Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome
  2. In the top right-hand corner of the browser, you will see three dots; click the 3 dots to open the settings menu
  3. Click on “Delete Browsing Data..."
  4. A new tab will open in Chrome with a pop-up window; make sure the "Time Range" is set to "All Time"
  5. Then, check the boxes for 
    1. Browsing History
    2. Cookies and Other Site Data
    3. Cached Images and Files
  6. Click “Clear data"
  7. Your page will refresh when complete
  8. Close out your browser window and reopen it, then you should be good to go!


Note: You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-Shift-Delete on Windows or Command-Shift-Delete on Mac to open the menu to clear your cache, cookies, and history.


How to Clear Cookies and Cache on Firefox

  1. Open Firefox on your computer
  2. In the upper right-hand corner of the browser, click the three parallel lines to open the "Settings" (or "Preferences") menu, then click the “Privacy & Security” tab
  3. Under "Cookies and Site Data" Select “Clear your recent history” (Clear Data)
  4. To delete all cookies, select “Everything.”
  5. Click “Clear now.”
  6. Your page will refresh when complete
  7. Close out your browser window and reopen it, then you should be good to go!

How to Clear Cookies and Cache on Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari
  2. Select “Preferences” from the drop-down Safari menu
  3. Click on “Privacy,” then on “Manage website data”
  4. Click on “Remove all” from the drop-down menu
