RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS

We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

NEW: App Redesign

This redesign includes:

  • A cleaner, more modern look and feel with updated fonts, colors, and styling

  • A new main navigation bar on the left

  • One-click access to frequently used features like Text Chat and Follow-Up Tasks

  • Significant improvements to app performance on mobile

  • NOTE: If the user interface has not changed or seems strange (e.g. mixed fonts, crowded spacing, etc.) you may need to clear your cache and/or browsing history.

NEW FEATURE: Customizable Phase Names

Owner and Admin user roles now have the ability to customize the names of contact phases and statuses.

  • To access, the user will click Settings > Manage Phases

  • The new phase name will appear in most locations that phase names are used throughout the app with a few exceptions:

    • Breakthrough default campaign names targeted at specific phases will remain the same.

      • For example, even if the user changes the name of InitialEvaluation-Scheduled to FirstAppointment-Booked, the Breakthrough default campaign for this phase will still be Initial Evaluation - Scheduled.

      • The Phase column on the Nurture Phase Campaigns page will be updated to reflect custom phase names in a future release.
      • The change impacts the phase name only and does not impact phase workflows, such as follow-up tasks, campaigns, etc.

  • BUG FIX: An issue that blocked Meta leads with certain characters (e.g. spaces, periods) in the phone number field has been resolved.
  • BUG FIX: An issue that allowed users to create duplicate contacts through the Contact Details workflow has been resolved.
  • BUG FIX: An issue that allowed users to create duplicate contacts through the Call Log workflow has been resolved.
  • BUG FIX: An issue that caused workshop registrants that were moved into No Phase to remain registered for the worksop has been resolved.
  • BUG FIX: An issue that cause No Phase contacts that registered for a workshop to remain in No Phase has been resolved.

We hope these updates enhance your experience and make your workflow smoother!
