The AI Conversion Agent will send a "Review Needed" email notification for situations where it is needed for you or someone from your clinic staff to step into a text conversation with a contact. If an appointment is requested, the AI Agent will prompt a "Review Needed" email notification so that you can take the conversation from there - the AI Agent will automatically disable when you send a manual text message.
We have expanded the "Review Needed" email triggers for the AI Conversion agent, as we understand that conversations can sometimes take a nuanced turn, and the AI Conversion Agent will need a human to step in!
Please note: The AI Conversion Agent does not subscribe or unsubscribe contacts - you will be alerted of the request to manually unsubscribe them, unless the contact texts one of the specific supported unsubscribe keywords - in that case, this is done by the Breakthrough system automatically, and is NOT related to the AI Conversion Agent. The AI Conversion Agent will trigger an alert for your office staff if:
AI Conversion Agent says it will follow up, pass along, make a note, etc.
Contact asks to be removed from marketing communications
Contact says they have moved out of the area
Contact is reported to be deceased
