We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

• ENHANCEMENTS: 
  • Work was completed to expand the "Review Needed" email triggers for the AI Conversion agent. This is not 100% guaranteed, but it will improve performance significantly. The system will now alert staff if: 

    • AI Agent says it will follow up, pass along, make a note, etc. 

    • Contact asks to be removed from marketing communications 

    • Contact says they have moved out of the area

    • Contact is reported to be deceased 

      
      

  • Work was completed to ensure contacts enrolled in Auto-Reactivation do not receive repetitive messaging. The system will now automatically skip any manually scheduled Reactivation campaigns for a contact that has received an Auto-Reactivation message within the last 7 days.

• BUG  FIXES:
  • An issue that caused the AI Conversion Agent to not know the current date during conversations has been resolved.
  • An issue that caused appointment times pulled from Prompt EMR to be off by several hours has been resolved.
