What is AI Assist?
AI Assist allows you to harness the power of ChatGPT to create SMS campaigns. This is great when you need a little extra help composing a message or if you want to promote an event but aren't sure what to say.
Where is AI Assist?
To find and use the AI Assist tool, first create a new text campaign.
When composing the body of your message, click AI Assist to generate campaign messages.
Campaign Types
| Campaign Type | Details |

| General Check-In | Exactly as the name implies, this is a general message meant to nurture and reactivate. Check-ins are similar to Single-Question Emails because they are short, sweet, and easy to respond to. |
| Event Invitation | Provide the bot with event specifics like name, date, and description to get a customized invite text. |
| Special Promotion | Painlessly advertise a promo code or flash sale; regenerate messages until you find the perfect fit. |
Message Samples
General Check-In example:
Hey [Contact.FirstName], hope all is well! How have you been since your last visit? Taking care of your health is important to us. - [Practice.Name]
Event Invitation example:
Hi [Contact.FirstName], [Practice.Name] invites you to our "New Mom Open House" on 10/13/2024 at 4pm in Greensboro! Discover natural, non-invasive methods for pain. Limited spots - reply to this message to register!
Special Promotion example:
Practice.Name]: Hello [Contact.FirstName], Treat pain naturally with 30% off laser packages in May. Reply NEWMOM to take advantage of this special offer. Wishing you continued well-being from [Practice.Name].
