NEW BETA FEATURE - AI Assist for Text Campaigns
Access and Update Google Review Links in Location Settings
- Previously, accounts were required to provide their Google Review Link to their CSM to have it included in their emails. With this update, all users can now see and edit the Google Review Link directly within the software.
- To find your link or to add a link if you haven't yet:
- From within Breakthrough, go to Settings < Location Settings
- Click the edit icon to the right of the Location you wish to edit
- The Google Review Link field is directly above a list of your account funnels
- Click Update to save any changes
Text Campaign Updates
- For several reasons, we've made the decision to disable emojis in Text Campaigns:
- Emojis are not universal across cell providers and can sometimes not show up or show up as a different character depending on the phone type
- Depending on the carrier, they may be considered a segment of your text messages (which means a higher chance of being filtered as spam)
- Emoji require twice as much data to encode than a standard alphanumeric characters and can affect the formatting of your message
- Note: Breakthrough still supports sending and receiving emojis in the Text Inbox. This applies only to Text Campaigns, which are typically sent to hundreds of contacts at once.
Insurance Carrier Field
- To support the addition of this data, the Insurance Carrier field is now visible and editable in the right-hand contact pane on the Follow Up Page
