Release Notes:
- Improvements to the Contact Import Tool
- Importing Contacts used to require that each Contact had an Email Address and a Phone Number to import into the application. In preparation for our SMS feature launch, we have updated the tool to accept contacts without an email address.
- With this update, contacts will be accepted as long as they meet one of the following criteria:
- Contact has an email address, cell phone number, and home phone number, or
- Contact has a cell phone number only, or
- Contact only has an email address
- Contacts are now automatically placed into No Phase when added via the Call Log
- Previously, when choosing to "Add as Contact" from the Call Log screen, contacts would show in the application as a new lead, which was creating some confusion for lead converters.
- Any Contact created from the Call Log will now start in 'No Phase' and can then be phased however you prefer.
