- PARTIAL BUG FIX: Multiple issues were identified when investigating the cause of SMS text messages containing the wrong practice name and/or workshop information. Release v4.7.0 fixes some of the issues identified, but additional issues will be addressed in future releases.
RELEASE NOTES - BETA USERS OF REACTIVATION CAMPAIGN CUSTOMIZATION
- ENHANCEMENT: When saving a custom campaign, users can now categorize that campaign as:
- Growth: Targeting cold leads and/or workshop attendees.
- Nurture: Targeting contacts who have scheduled a first appointment (i.e. Free Screen or Initial Evaluation), current patients, and recent graduated patients.
- Reactivation: Targeting inactive contacts and/or past patients.
- This categorization system will help improve campaign findability.
