Where to Find Activity Logs

Each contact has a comprehensive activity history. Scroll down to the bottom of the contact you want to check, and select Activity:


After clicking Activity, you will be able to see:

  • Dates/Times for status updates, appointments, workshop registrations, campaigns, and calls
  • Lead Source
  • Active and completed campaigns
  • Previous notes

Activity Types


Lead Source

  1. Date and Time the lead was created as a contact
  2. How the lead was added (registrant, appointment request, manually added)
  3. Source

Active and Completed Campaigns

  1. When the contact was added to the campaign queue
  2. The date and time that the workshop was sent
  3. The type of media that was sent (Email or SMS)
  4. When the campaign was completed, or the contact was removed from the campaign queue




Status Updates

  1. The previous status
  2. If the status change affected the current phase 
  3. The new status + timestamp and user who made the change
