Where to Find Activity Logs
Each contact has a comprehensive activity history. Scroll down to the bottom of the contact you want to check, and select Activity:
After clicking Activity, you will be able to see:
- Dates/Times for status updates, appointments, workshop registrations, campaigns, and calls
- Lead Source
- Active and completed campaigns
- Previous notes
Activity Types
Lead Source
- Date and Time the lead was created as a contact
- How the lead was added (registrant, appointment request, manually added)
- Source
Notes and Phone Calls
Active and Completed Campaigns
- When the contact was added to the campaign queue
- The date and time that the workshop was sent
- The type of media that was sent (Email or SMS)
- When the campaign was completed, or the contact was removed from the campaign queue
Status Updates
- The previous status
- If the status change affected the current phase
- The new status + timestamp and user who made the change
