  • Backdating Workshops:
  • Contacts can now be added to any previous workshops within the last two weeks
    • This is a highly requested item that happens often -- a registered contact brings a friend, spouse, family member to a workshop, or someone who is not registered to the workshop walks in and attends. Currently, new contacts can only be added to upcoming workshops. Now the practice can update the contact in Breakthrough if they 1) did not complete their app documentation the day of the workshop or 2) a non-registered contact attended a workshop.
  • Option to use "Lead" as a new contact phase
  • When adding a new Contact to the application, they can now be entered in the "Lead" phase. 
    • This is very common when a clinic is working with a contact that is being engaged without a workshop or appointment yet and wants to add them as a Lead or move them from No Phase to Lead without triggering an email sequence that is unrelated to their context. 
  • [BUG FIX} Fixed an issue where Manual Follow Ups did not show on the Follow Up page on their due date
